Shipping policy
Shipping is included in the cost of items.
- All the items are stocked in the UK and dispatch within 24 hours, we ship all kits and battery packs with Parcelforce 24 hour service which takes 48 hours usually but up to 2-3 business days after the payment is clear. You will receive full tracking via email a few hours after kits are dispatched.
- Most times you will receive your order within 48 hours after dispatch. We can't guarantee the delivery time frame as some unexpected delays could occur with Parcelforce due to holidays, weather, or other conditions. For the most part, Parcelforce is very reliable and hasn't let us down yet.
- Returns are not paid for and will cost £12 to return a kit or £17 to return a kit+battery pack
